The brief

Fairmarkit builds an enterprise procurement platform used by buying teams to run RFPs, evaluate suppliers and manage sourcing at scale. The brief was to bring AI decision-support directly into that existing workflow — buyers needed LLM-generated supplier recommendations without leaving the tools they already worked in — and to consolidate a set of fragmented procurement workflows into one coherent table-based view.

Delivered inside an Nx monorepo on Angular 21, working within a cross-functional team of about 10 engineers in a roughly 200-person engineering organization, with systematic Angular code review as part of the Scrum process.

What shipped

An AI decision-support feature consuming LLM-generated supplier recommendations, helping procurement teams pick optimal vendors from large historical and real-time datasets.

A workflow-consolidation module built on AG Grid with server-side data processing, unifying fragmented procurement workflows into a single table with LLM-analyzed best-fit vendor options.

An automation dashboard built with Angular Signals and NgRx for reactive state management, improving workflow visibility across a platform serving enterprise clients globally.

Participation in frontend architecture decisions across the team.
